Things to do while in COVID-19 lockdown

We’ve been discovering a lot of fun things you can do/places you can go from the comfort of your own couch while in COVID-19 lockdown.

And, on a serious note, a good program for those who may be struggling with mental health in this time of upheaval. A positive program developed in conjunction with the SAHMRI Wellbeing and Resilience Centre and the Órama Institute at Flinders University in Adelaide. Access can be from as little as $1.
